The Business Informatics Center (CBI) was established in 2019 at the Department of Software Engineering. It offers consultancy services and performs project and scientific activities related to business informatics. We also teach specialized courses in business administration, management of company IT systems on operative, tactical and strategic level, project management and other related areas.
As part of our pedagogical activities, we are guarantors of courses in the Czech bachelor and the master specialization “Manager Informatics” of the Informatics program focused on business informatics, economy and management. At the same time, we collaborate with PhD students at the Department of Software Engineering as they prepare their dissertation theses and in other scientific activities focused on business informatics and expert systems.
