All PR texts, press releases, slogans and official posts on social media regarding our faculty come from the Office of Public Relations. Every day we create the faculty’s media image in a fairly inconspicuous office on the 3rd floor of the FIT building. This is where the decisions that impact on how the general and professional public and the students and staff at FIT will perceive us are taken.

The Office of Public Relations is responsible for:

Organizing events and regular events
Cooperation on university projects
Promotion of faculty scientific outputs and students’ achievements
Reporting on events of the faculty
Publishing of press releases
Contact with the media and their monitoring
Faculty’s presentation on social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
Providing photographic and video materials
Selling merchandise
Establishing contact with high schools and students interested in studies at FIT
Support for student activities and the FIT++ club
Patronage of BuďFIT magazine
Internal promotion

Communication with companies and student practice is provided by the Office for Cooperation with Industry.

Events

We organize faculty events that aim to bring in not only the best outside experts to FIT, but also study applicants. Our aim is to make the faculty visible to the public.

Open Day Informatics evenings LAW FIT Introduction to Computer Science – summer course

We participate in university events and conferences held at the faculty. We are also happy to lend a hand in organizing events held by the FIT++ students club.
